INTERVIEW PREP
The Renegade Fund provides free interview coaching sessions for any trans or nonbinary person preparing for an important meeting. We’ll go over interview basics, the standard Q&A you can expect, and how to craft answers that highlight the exceptional skills and abilities that make you a standout candidate. Beyond this essential prep, we can discuss how to navigate background information or personal questions that are inherently more difficult for trans and nonbinary people. These completely free, 45-minute private coaching sessions are offered via zoom, facetime, or phone call.
